-Panic Attacks (This bullshit can make you think you're dying and does not care where you're at or what you're are doing)

-Social Anxiety (Thinking there ain't nobody minding their own business & they're on some bullshit judging you)

 

-General Anxiety (Can't put your finger on what the bullshit is, or where it's coming from)

  • Restless

  • Pissed off

  • Tired fast

  • Mind keeps going blank

  • Muscles tense as f***

  • Not much sleep

-Substance/Medication Anxiety (You took some bullshit that made you paranoid or the after effects continue to f*** with you

-Separation Anxiety (Don't like being alone & shit)

-Specific Phobia (You're scared of some ridiculous bullshit or maybe it's not really ridiculous)

DEPRESSION

-Feel shitty and low most of the time

-Don't really give a damn about much of anything lately

-Thinking you ain't worth shit & nobody gives a f**k

-Gaining or Losing too much weight because you don't f***ing eat enough or you're eating too much shit

-Your ass sleeps all the time or you just don't f***ing sleep at all

-Dragging ass everyday because you ain't got nothing left

-Can't focus or concentrate for ___

-Thinking about doing something f***ing stupid like eating a bullet (don't do that shit)
